How cabinets ship

RTA cabinets ship flat-packed on a pallet by LTL freight — not UPS. A full kitchen is dense, not bulky. Sample doors ship free USPS.

1. We band cartons to a pallet and book a carrier. You get a tracking number and the terminal phone.
2. The driver calls to schedule. Residential deliveries include a liftgate. Curbside only — they will not carry into the house.
3. Inspect boxes before you sign the bill of lading. Note tears, crushed corners, or missing cartons on the BOL or claims get denied.
4. Report shortages within 7 days. Do not assemble damaged boxes first.

We ship nationwide from Travelers Rest, SC. No public pickup or showroom.
