RTA cabinet FAQ

- Are these RTA cabinets?
- Yes. Ready-to-assemble Jarlin cabinets, or factory-assembled for $22 per box 42" and under ($44 pantries and wider). Same box either way.
- What’s in a “10×10” price?
- A starter wall-and-base run about 10 feet each — cabinets only. No island, no pantry, no counters, no sink, no appliances, no install, no tax, no freight. Real kitchens are quoted from your layout.
- What are they made of?
- Jarlin 1/2" plywood box, hardwood face frame, dovetail drawers, soft-close undermount slides and hinges. Not a particleboard carcass.
- Do you install?
- We install in the Upstate through New Life Remodeling LLC when you want it. Most customers buy the boxes and hire local or DIY.
- Can I pick up?
- No public warehouse. Freight to your site. We confirm the pallet and bill freight after Jarlin confirms the order.
- How long until they show up?
- In-stock RTA often leaves Jarlin in a couple of days after we place it. Factory assembly adds about 3–5 days. Transit is typically several days after that.
- Do you take returns?
- Stock RTA is made to the SKU list you approve. Wrong SKUs we ordered are on us. Changed-your-mind and opened cartons follow Jarlin’s restocking rules.
- Warranty?
- Manufacturer limited warranty through Jarlin. We’ll send the sheet with your quote.
- Can I finance?
- Yes. Shop Pay installments at Shopify checkout.
- How do I assemble them?
- Official Jarlin videos are on the Assembly page — wall, base, pantry, lazy Susan, slides. Factory assembly is $22 / $44 if you’d rather not.
- Were these on Property Brothers?
- Jarlin cabinets were. Sterling and White Shaker appeared on HGTV’s Property Brothers: Buying & Selling (Season 7, Episode 3). We’re a Jarlin dealer, not part of the show.
- Do you ship nationwide?
- Yes. We’re in Travelers Rest, SC, and freight Jarlin pallets anywhere in the lower 48. Sample doors ship free USPS. Local install is available in the Greenville / Travelers Rest / Upstate SC area.
