What a “10×10 kitchen” actually includes

Every cabinet site advertises a 10×10 price. Ours for Dove White Shaker is $2,949 in RTA. That number is useful for comparing door styles. It is not your kitchen.

The industry sample

A “10×10” is an L-shaped run: about 10 feet of wall cabinets and 10 feet of base cabinets — roughly 20 linear feet, 10–12 boxes. No island. No pantry. No range hood. No crown. No light rail. No sink, faucet, or countertop. No tax. No freight. That is the same sample WC Supply, Lily Ann, and RTA Cabinet Store use so you can line up apples.

A real Greenville or Travelers Rest kitchen usually adds a pantry, an island or peninsula, extra drawers, a blind corner, fillers, and toe-kick. Those SKUs are why a quoted kitchen is often 1.5–2.5× the 10×10 banner.

What our 10×10 numbers are

  • Dove White Shaker — $2,949 RTA. Most kitchens start here.
  • Cream White — $2,802. Same plywood box, value-series paint.
  • Sage Green, Toffee, Sterling, Aria Blue — priced on the collection page.
  • Factory-assembled 10×10 adds about $22 per box in that sample, not a new cabinet line.

What to send instead of a 10×10

A photo of the room, a sketch with wall lengths, or a competing quote. We pull live Jarlin inventory and send a SKU list. You approve every box before we order. That is the number that matters — not the banner on the homepage.

Kitchen freight is billed after Jarlin confirms the pallet — not free. Sample doors ship free USPS. Kitchens are LTL.
